HI, In some of Bloodlines You can have Breath Weapon (silverdragon Bloodlines)
How Many times you can do this?

I don't see any indication. I'd wager, however, that it is "as a dragon", which means 1d4 round cooldown.

Yes. You'd have unlimited uses per day.
