Alright, I once again read over this class and downloaded the update booklet but I'm still confused on something (which may me just being thick and the book being miswritten), but how exactly does the Hengeyokai Wu Jen 7/Shapeshifter 3 have Wildshape 14/day?

It doesn't. It has alternate form 14/day.

A generic ECL 11 hengeyokai has alternate form 11/day. A hengeyokai base class 7/shapeshifter 3 (also ECL 11) adds its shapeshifter level to the number of times per day it can assume alternate form, for a total of 11+3=14. It still can only wild shape 3/day.
