Is there any book of fey creatures for dnd 3.5? Something like Lords of Madness for aberations.

Nope. There might be third party ones though.

Sadly, no. There's one for Demons (Fiendish Codex 1), Devils (FC2), Abberations (the aformentioned LoM), Undead (Libris Mortis), Dragons (Draconomicon)... There's a book for the desert (Sandstorm), a book for the frozen north (Frostburn), and a book for the sea (Stormwrack)... I can't recall anything for specifically fey.
EDIT: Going off of Hamish's suggestion, I think there's a Mongoose book for it.

Fey generally get a bit shafted in D&D... I don't recall them ever having any fluff beyond the barest basics anywhere. I suggest importing the fluff from elsewhere.

I see. Is there in any other editions? Including 4th, since I'd only use it for fluf in that case.

There will be a Feywild-centric book this year.

There was a series of articles about Faerie creatures on the Wizards website, if that counts (plus the plane of Faerie in MotP).
Dicefreak has some stuff on them, as does Encylopaedia Divine. Additionally, there is a Complete Guide to Fey, a d20 Guide to Fairies, and a Guide to Shadow Fey.

As far as outside sources go, there's a d20 book I've used before - mostly for its fey feats.
It's called "A Celtic Age Sourcebook: The Little People, a d20 Guide to Fairies." It's not quite what you're looking for, but it's the closest I've ever found.

I seem to recall someone mentioning a Fey book for Ravenloft. Probably a Von Richten's Guide, but I'm not sure on that.
A lot of Ravenloft stuff is rather world-specific, though.
