Anti-Divine Stuff?

I seem to remember there being a few PrC and feats specifically designed to disrupt/stop/mess with divine casters and magic. But for the life of me I can't remember them. Ideas?

I remember there being anti-caster classes, but specifically Arcane. I couldn't find them in an otherwise empty room, though, so I definitely can't help find an anti-divine class. sorry.

The Athar, aka the Defiants, from Planar Handbook are designed to oppose divine casting. They're pretty bad though.

The best part about them is their fluff, but Ur-Priests have the same background while taking a far more practical and effective approach.
