Expanded Summon Nature's Ally list

I've seen a couple threads over on WotC's boards that have the whole expanded summon monster list spelled out (adding all the extra creatures that are summonable in the various splatbooks).

I know there are far less added SNA creatures, but has anyone put together a list of the additions and where to find them? If not, let's start one here. This could also become a thread to come up with creatures which aren't officially added to the list, but we think should be.

I'm talking 3.5 here, but if someone wanted to do the same for pathfinder in the same thread, I have no problem with it.

The list isn't very long. Most are from the Fiend Folio:

IV: Bloodthorn, Yellow Musk Creeper
V: Fossrgrim
VI: Oread, Spriggan
VII: Dire Rhino, Kelp Angler
VIII: Sporebat
IX: Kelpie, Octopus Tree

Then there's the Storm Elemental line of summons from MMIII and access to Orglash and Thormil. That's about it.

Stormwrack also adds several optional replacements (page 170), but it's obviously rather focused and specialized.
