Dear playground, how many applications of a poison do you get per bottle?

One bottle vial of poison covers a weapon and is used after one hit.

Depends on how many doses per bottle. You buy Poison per dose not per botttle (at least that ias how it is priced).

Why does no one make a really huge vial to fit two doses? It doesn't seem to be hard to figure out. D&D sometimes is silly.

There's a word for that: it's "bottle". Vials are, by definition, small containers.
