Is there any way to get the Warlock At-Wills that are linked to specific pacts (like, for example, Hellish Rebuke or Dire Radiance)?

As a hybrid yes. You get to pick any 1st level at will attack power from the warlock class which includes eldritch bast, eldritch strike, eldritch bolt, hellish rebuke, or any other warlock at will. If you are human you can pick up to two (if you take the extra at will and decide to take a second warlock power rather than a power from your other class).

My favorite combo is warlock|paladin as a hybrid and I typically take hellish rebuke and virtuous strike. I then retrain hellish rebuke to eldritch strike and take the feat that gives me a second pact (which gives me back the hellish rebuke power).

Heh.

Funnily enough, the idea I have is for a Paladin Warlock too.

That could work. It doesn't say I have to take eldritch blast.

I'm really loving some paladin|warlock goodness these days.

If you can afford a 13 Dex, you can pick up Acolyte of the Veil, the assassin MC. Gives training in either Acrobatics or Stealth and gives a handy 1/encounter teleport. Next step is Cursed Shadows, which gives you back Shadow Walk. As an additional benefit of AofV, you can use ki focuses, which apply for both implement and weapon attacks so you don't have to worry about carrying around a magic weapon and a holy symbol/rod/wand.

Divine Challenge + Eyebite for the lulz. :smalltongue:

I like hellish rebuke since then it is hit me and take damage or hit my friend and take almost as much damage.

Along those lines, White Lotus Riposte deals [ability mod] damage to an enemy that hits you after you've hit them with an arcane at-will. Use WLR with HR for 1d6+2xCon damage if they hit you. :smallwink:

If you end up using a ki focus, you might want to consider picking up a Superior Implement feat if you can fit it into your build. The Transcendent Ki Focus has a really nice property: Reaching - gives all your Melee attacks reach +1. The other property, Blinking, isn't really so helpful, unfortunately. Blinking gives you concealment for a round after you hit with a Teleportation attack. Depending on your build, you may already have concealment from Shadow Walk and there's not really a massive amount of Teleportation keyword attack powers anyway.
