Pathfinder or 3.5 one shot

I have been elected to run a one shot game since we don't have enough players this Sunday. So my question to ya'll is what should I do? I'm half tempted to do a tome of horrors since 3 players are new to the classics, although have played long enough for a challenge like this.

Alternatively any 1 shot type module that will be beatable or halfway done in about 6 hours. (not including char creation)

Even if you haven't played it but heard good stuff about it, I would like to know. Any level of up to 12 is good with me as well. I don't want them to spend too long making one shot characters.
