There are a lot of 3.5 contests, but no 4e ones! That's what this is. The first
Giant in the Playground 4e Monster Creation Contest (Rules stolen taken with permission from the GitP PrC Contest (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=212998)).
The contest begins with the posting of this thread and will run through October 4th.
Soon after, voting will be opened in the discussion thread until October 15th.
Rules
1) You will be creating an 'original' Monster. You will be making any epic level monster. (Better themes later.)
2) Entries must include name, complete monster, and fluff, combat related and role playing related. Incomplete entries at the deadline will be disqualified.
3) Entries must be 4e, using Essentials or non-Essentials format.
4) Post all entries in this thread. Post all conversation, questions, etc in the chat thread (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=11780605#post11780605).
5) Maximum of one entry per participant (gotta save up those creative juices for the next one too!)
6) Entries must be your own work, and must not be copied for other places. Only new work may submitted; no previously posted work will be accepted. Such entries will be disqualified. Such entries will be disqualified.
7) No reserving posts. Feel free to tweak your monster, but the initial post must include the basics.
