Draconic Creature Template

hi to everyone
i have questions ...
i am a human monk 3 lvl / 1 lvl silver dragon bloodline
can i become Draconic Creature Template now ?
or i had to be from the beginning of me character
if i can be a Draconic Creature Template now, what could be the story of my character to become Draconic Creature Template ?

legally, no. draconic is inherited.

I agree with the above statement. However I believe if you take levels in dragon devotee (a prc from races of the dragon) you gain the template over a few levels

You already have a level in a dragon bloodline, so I'd let you take it as a character level next time you level up. Instead of gaining class features, hit dice, BAB and what have you, you get the templates +1 LA and it's benefits. Fluff it as you awakening the powers of your silver dragon ancestors.

yes it is inherited but can it be awakened after some bloodline lvls?
after all it is similar with the bloodline.
maybe Metahuman1 is right. (of course you could say its on my interest that's why i m voting him)
but it doesn't tell when you must take the Template (before or after).

It can't, but your DM may allow it, so you should ask him/her.
