Drow Slashing-Chain weapon?

I saw it somewhere, its basicaly a spiked-chain but slashing so its perfect for my firend and his Dervish build, he is also a drow so the flavour is perfect.

Tell him not to waste a feat on EWP, there is a feat (Drow Skirimisher I think) in RoE which gives proficiency and some bonus with it iirc
