Mantles

Can a Psion get them without multiclassing? I would like to get my hands on them, but I'm stuck as a Psion. Telepath, to be precise. I can't multiclass into Wilder, Psywar, Ardent, or Erudite, so yeah.

Tap Mantle is a feat in Complete Psionic that does most of what you want.

Tap Mantle is a feat in Complete Psionic that does most of what you want.

That doesn't work - Tap Mantle requires you to already have a mantle. The only way to get one is to multiclass into something that gives you one.
