Hello,
For a game I would like to do a character that has power based on the abilities from needless(if you know it) but I have no talent creating classes so I ask you if you could do it.

Almost all of those powers are specific enough to not really fit a class (except maybe a 5 level PrC). I'd be tempted to make them all templates, actually, or MAYBE martial disciplines. I think templates or Bloodlines would be the best way to go though.

Nah...it would be a separate template for each power. And that's a lot of work to balance for something that I'm not really particularly interested in. Apologies, but I don't do a lot of homebrew requests unless the concept really speaks to me, and this one just doesn't.

Hopefully someone else will be willing to take it up, or you'll give it a go yourself (in which case I'm always happy to provide critique and balancing advice).
