3.5 ...spells to make a microphone

I was wondering if there was any way to make a spell to amplify one's voice , that's a 0th or 1st level spell (I.e. not too expensive to put as an enchantment on say...a magic quarterstaff) or basically any simple magical way to amplify ones voice in an Ebberon campaign.

There's the Howling Helm (MM5, in the Vampire section), and the Admiral's Bicorne (Stormwrack).

would Prestidigitation spell be able to do this? Atleast i would think it would fit to minor tricks.

Amplify, Spell Compendium page 10; it's a Bard-1 spell.

Control Sound (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/controlSound.htm) sounds exactly right, if psi is allowed.

Depending on your CL, ghost sound (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/ghostSound.htm) can be a pretty loud imitation of what you want to say. Essentially your voice multiplied in volume by your caster level(CL=number of humans it can equal in volume).
