Does anyone know what type of damage a Purple Dragon's breath weapon does, and if it's blinding dc is the same as its reflex dc?

The damage seems to be untyped; note that the purple dragon lacks a subtype to its dragon type as well, so this is consistent. The breath weapon has a single save DC, and since the blinding is merely an alternate use of a single ability, anything like Ability Focus would affect both of those uses equally.
