Hi all I need some advice,

I am curretnly playing in a weird campaing with some limits, One of the limitations we have is your first 5 levels have to be Core and then no more than 4 different classes ever.

So far I was working on a Kobold sniper, and have reached level 10

stats 7 20 12 15 12 10

gold 1000 + a repeating crossbow +1 and a mithral chain shirt
classes
Rogue 3
Fighter4
Wizard 1
Abjurant champion 2

Feats
Dragon wings (races of the dragon, give me glide capabilities +10 jump)
Exotic weapon proficiency Repeating heavy Xbow (1d8 since I am small)
Point blank shot,
Rapid shot,
Weapon focus and weapon specialization in that crossbow
Combat casting (prereq for abjurant champion)
Crossbow sniper

Alternate builds used,

Spell reflecting from complete mage (gave up evasion rog 3)

Armored mage (CM fighter level1 lose medium and heavy armor, can cast with light armor)
Combat Wizard (UA wizard level 1 lose scribe spell gain warrior feat)

Specialist Divination Gave up enchantment

Cannot perform the search the dragon rite

After some talking I might need to optimize this build a bit more, My DM has let me retcon a couple of things.

I can change the wizard and abjurant champion levels and things related to them

I do like the PrC and was thinking if I should change my specialization for aburation and get the instant spell thingie from PHBII Urgent shield.

I can remove crossbow sniper and get another feat instead

Anything else will be frowned upon but if logical and not too unbalanced may be aproved.

My party has no magical capabilities whatsoever and we find few magical enemies or unbeatable magical users.

So, can you help me optimice this a bit? my plan is to crossbow away enemies and maybe counter some spells in the future specially after I reach level 5 in abjurant champion

You should check out my thread in this section, called 1-str Crossbowman

i am maximising the damage with hand crossbows
basically,
for stats, have dex>wis>con>int>cha>str

Level 1 and 2: Feat rogue
(could go fighter, but i like being a skillmonkey too)
2 flaws
you have 5 feats, take
Point blank shot
Rapid shot
Precise shot
Hand crossbow focus (which is rapid reload +weapon focus)
Crossbow sniper

you use one handcrossbow, two shots, decent damage due to sniper

third level: Barbarian (whirling frenzy variant)
feat: Two weapon fighting
buy two mwk hand crossbows
Now you do four attacks (normal one+rapid shot+frenzy+twf)
with heavy penalties, but if your dex is high enough (and mine IS) (plus size bonus, focus, point blank, masterwork bonus and BAB) you should have good chances

((you should talk to your dm about how do you reload both crossbows, mine accepted the use of Hand of the Mage(900 gp, Mage hand at will).

our damage now is still lowish. so we need a source of damage independent from size or weapon (since crossbows cannot increase damage short of Crossbow sniper, which we already have)
dm said i can't go back to regular rogue, so i nended up with Ninja, for Sudden strike and Wis to ac and some ki abilities

This charachter does significant damage with crossbows and also works as a skillmonkey (though no Cha skills).

(i am also considering the feats Underfoot combat and Confund the big folk for easier sneak attacks and other cool stuff)

(bonus thing, between dex, size, dodge bonus from barbarian, and Wis to ac your unarmored ac and touch AC will be pretty high)

Thanks for the reply !

I was checking your thread, and did some research on confound the big folk, unless I reduce myself it would not be useful :(

Atm level 10, I have BAB 8 3 attacks 16/16/11 for 1d8 +1pba +2ws+2xbowsniper and a +1 xbow and for a total of 1d8+6 (instead of mage hand he gave me a clip of 100 bolts so no need to change the xbow) total DPR= 3d8+18= 31,5
adding Sneak attack 2d6x3= 21

total 52,5

With the build you mention I would have:
8 BAB ( I suppose you change all fighter for barbarian since if I want to be abjurant champion I cannot take another class since I am at my limit of 4 and that excludes WS)

for 5 attacks 14/14/14/9 1d3+4 total DPR = 4d3+16 =24 adding sneak attack 2d6x4 = 28

total 52

the problem I see is the moment I cannot sneak attack I lose 7 dpr
not factoring damage reductions etc.

Also since there is a spell named ghostly reload I cannot use mage hand to emulate it as per my DM :S.

Also hand xbows olny have 30ft range which leaves the next feat on my mind out of use, pluging shot (+1d6 damage as long as you are 30' higher than target), I could use levitate , my wings to hover and get a +1d6 damage consistently, and since xbow sniper raises my sneak to 60' I could still sneak the s*** out of them the first round.

flaws were out of question :( and it hurts 'cause I could use some extra feats ( like real flight speed or able sniper and improved inititative)
