spell research from other books..

hey guys,

my dm lets me to chose and learn a spell from sources other then phb1 as a research study.

i am a level 7 generalist controller/buffer wizard. which books & spells shall i check.

The most broken one out there is likely Celerity, Player's Handbook 2.

If you don't want something so overpowered, check the Spell Compendium. It's got some useful and acceptable spells (and quite a lot of crappy ones too).

Spell Vulnerability is an interesting way to remove SR from a monster


BoVD
Stop Heart is a great spell if your an evil caster (And your drugged up all the time)
Evil Weather if that Divine caster decides to give you lip (Warning 10 minute casting time so plan your revenge carefully)
Grim Revenge rips the guys arms off... need i say more?

Libra Mortis
Summon Undead series is a great way of getting high leveled undead at low levels. say for example: A wight (You know where this is going :smallwink:)
