Base class? Duskblade. Mindbender fits the bill for a PrC dip.

Edit: Ninja'd by the guy looking for Swordsages. No love for Pirates today.

Acolyte of the Skin is a good Fort/Will PrC if you don't need to be good aligned.

Spellsword is a standard 1-level dip prestige class that gives good fort/will also.

Lightning Warrior.
Archivist, while not arcane, could probably be just as good in most situations.

A pathfinder synthesist summoner with a biped Eidolon has good fort and will saves.

Blood Magus1 has good fort and will for a 1 level dip. Don't take more than one though.

I think the Mage-Killer prc (MagFR) had two good saves and got 3 (or 4?) times a bonus with which you could increase a save by +1...

This would then come out as +7 in all three saves in 10 levels which is pretty equal to all good saves

(though I do not have the book on me to verify it)
