"Claric" isn't a real class. And Wiz doesn't mean Wisdom, it means Wizard. How anyone can use an entire Wizard as his Turn Undead modifier is beyond me.

IF you were refering to the Cleric class' Turn Undead, there isn't a way to change the Cha-dependency in 1st party sources. There is a way for a Paladin to do this (Serenity, from Dragon Magazine), but it doesn't work for Clerics.

This isn't strictly true. You need Divine Grace to qualify: a two-level dip in either Paladin or Prestige Paladin (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/prestigiousCharacterClasses.htm#prestigePaladin) will do that, as will other things (http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19871954/Lists_of_Stuff). Once you have Serenity, it will affect your Turn Undead just fine.
