Okay, so when I was about 8 or so, and I was being babysat, there was the one game my babysitter would always play. I'm fairly sure it was for either the Master System, or the Master System II. I'm somewhat hazy on the details, all I remember is that it had a grid based map, and that you got 3 or 4 characters, and your main guy had a fairy companion, and your other companions were the cliched type, female magic user, big hulking axe user, that kinda thing.
If any of these clues are slightly helpful in finding the name of the game, I'd be appreciated. It was over 15 years ago though, so my memories of it are very hazy.
