There was a spellcasting PrC, Faerunian I believe, that allowed you to add another class's spell list to you own, and caused you to know whenever anyone on the same plane said your name out loud.
Can anyone remember the name/book by any chance?

If you can, get the PF cleric spell Enter Image from APG. Great flavor combo.
