So would it be broken to have a skeletal minion (sacrificing my familiar with the necromancer specialist rules from UA) with benefits from enhanced undead (sacrificing my bonus spell slots) and augment summoning at level 1 (flaw to take an extra feat)?

Result is a skeleton with 21 STR, 21 DEX, and +2 Hp per HD at level 1. I gave him a longbow (human WARRIOR skeleton, where warrior grants certain proficiencies) and called him Clinkz (http://www.playdota.com/heroes/bone-fletcher).

Story: The DM wanted me to play legend of the five rings so I convinced him to allow me to apply augment summoning in addition to enhanced undead to my skeletal minion. I was going to ask for it to be granted the benefits of a familiar but I decided against it.

Broken kind of depends on what the rest of the party is doing.

I don't think it's broken. What's the damage output of that thing?

Totally agree here, if the rest of the party is low optimization and you continue to upgrade this, it will be about the same as your fighter/melee but without the class features, which puts it at just ahead of animal companions for druids, for the first few levels, which is fine. if the rest of your party is lacking melee, this is an excellent use of your familiar, especially if you are the primary caster/healer and use wands of vigor to heal your party and your undead ( Share spell goodness ) But if the others get tomb-tainted because you ask them to, but they aren't very optimized and you are spamming exploding undead that deal negative energy and heal everyone while damaging enemies, you might be asked to tone it down, but it's probably unlikely that the party is like that. So i'd say roll with it how it is, if you start outshining your melee classes significantly... perhaps go more on the party buff side, or specialize some of your undead ( Awakened and made into squads perhaps? Or get some undead leadership in there to command your hordes at later levels :] )

tl;dr : you're good till the melees complain or the DM starts throwing tonnes of clerics or suddenly more powerful enemies at you to compensate for your undead

Augment Summoning very definitely doesn't work like that, but if your DM has houseruled it then sure. You'll have a big advantage at lvl 1, but not much more so than a Druid with a Riding Dog using the same ruling, and the Druid wouldn't be trading anything for that. I say go for it.
