Bit of an esoteric one, by my standards, but I'm sure someone has a RAW answer that will satisfy me.

At level 2 Avenging Executioner, the character gets Rapid intimidation, which means you can intimidate as a move action anyone you threaten in melee combat. As I'm cross-classing with a Warlock with Beguiling Influence (for story reasons, rather than optimisation, I thenkyew) this is a no-brainer for a melee combat tactic.

Problem is, I can't see anywhere where it says whether this provokes an attack of opportunity, like loading a crossbow, or not, like drawing a light weapon.

Thoughts from the peanut gallery?

Nothing in the d20srd suggests that Intimidation provokes an attack of opportunity.
