What is the enchantment called that makes you proficient with the weapon you are holding? So instead of taking a feat you just get the weapon enchanted. Sorry, I'm tired

How much would that cost?

1.It'd cost what every other +2 costs, which is defined in the magic weapon rules on the SRD.
2.Note that it only works on melee weapons(which is odd...).

Its a +2 equiv, so the cheapest you could get one for is the same as a +3 weapon (+1 base + 2 for the enchant). A normal +3 weapon costs 18,000g, plus tax, title, and masterwork fees.
Also note that skilled will improve your BAB to 3/4.

How does that work exactly?

For purposes of using the Skillful weapon (and the skillful weapon only), you have a 3/4 BAB if it would be better than your BAB otherwise.
Thus a Fighter using a skillful spiked chain is proficient in said weapon, but his BAB is still +1/level, while a wizard would instead gain .75 BAB per level to use that same spiked chain.
