Alright. Assuming that taint has been banned like it should, and assuming access to only the SRD, is there anything about the Chaotic and/or evil subtypes that could be a problem if a player had them at level 1?

Not that I can recall; just have to remember that it makes them count as Chaotic and/or Evil regardless of their actual alignment, so they'll take the worse effects from things like Holy Smite and Holy Word.

If they're not also an Outsider, I can't think of anything. If they are an Outsider, they can qualify for Fiend of Possession fairly early, but I don't think that's broken.

Plus, Fiend of Possession is in the fiend folio, and I'm assuming only access to SRD.
