How good is Astral Construct [3.5]

So yeah, im asking about how good is astral construct, the psionic power (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/powers/astralConstruct.htm), assuming every time you used it it was fully augmented?

Astral Construct is pretty awesome, and there are many feats and a few PrCs to improve the constructs you create. However, CPsi nerfs the power to only have one Construct active at any given time; feel free to disregard this nerf.
