Does anyone know of a convenient online calculator that can calculate the average damage from a full attack routine, on a charge, with power attack and TWF with two 2x PA return weapons, plus an extra attack from Haste, and that takes critical hit ranges (going to at least 15-20) and any sort of damage multipliers (from Spirited Charge, et al.) into account?

You'll probably want to make something custom, in Excel. I could do it, but it would take me several hours to add in all the features you're looking for, in a user friendly interface.
