I am looking for the substitution feat for my undead dread necro so that I can use my charisma as my con. Can anyone help

There's no such feat. You're not sidestepping what amounts to one of the only real downsides of going necropolitan quite that easily. You might look into going Walker in the Waste, since dry liches have such a feature, but that's a pretty big investment.

Say your character was made a Necropolitan by an 8th+ level Dread Necromancer, with Corpsecrafter, Nimble Bones, Bolster Resistance, and Hardened Flesh, and that he did so in the area of a Desecrate spell with an evil altar present. This gives your character the following benefits, at no cost:

+6 HP per level
+4 Enhancement to Str and Dex
+2 Profane bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws
+4 Initiative
+10 ft. land speed
+4 Turn Resistance
+2 natural armor

I've been using her 4 about 7 years

There is such a thing but its not really a feat that I am aware of. It's an ability called Unholy toughness its kind of a house rule in my group that Undead PC's can take it as a feat though. It's something you would have to talk to your DM about.

I think there IS a feat that does something like that, right?

*Checks the x stat to y bonus thread*

Monster Manual III: Unholy Toughness
Player's Guide to Eberron: Ritual of Blood
Sandstorm: Dry Lich
Sandstorm: Walker in the Waste

Maybe there's something more?

*checks some more*

Maybe Mind Over Body, from Dragon Magazine #315 or Player's Guide to Faerun? That's a one time bonus though...

It's still not a feat. It's an (Ex) ability that certain undead get. By the book, it's not something you can just get.

If your GM lets you, more power to you, but don't expect 'em to be happy if you're blithely claiming that this is a feat, since it isn't.

if you switch everything in to pathfinder you use your cha as your con automatically

It's not Cha, but if you're desperate for a stat to HP, try using the Faerie Mysteries Initiate feat. Int to HPs is nice.
