GoC Fight 6 Issac vs Dorte

"Today's fight welcomes a new comer to the sands, Dorte. Her opponent the man who won't kill, Issac the Holy.

Both of you to your starting positions and let the Games begin again.



Okay you may both read any spoiler not addressed to the other person.

Issac may start in any of the blue spaces. Please detail which space you choice to start in.

Dorte starts in any of the red. Once again please say which space you start in.

Anything you do that the other may see, please post in the open. Anything you do that they can't see, please put in a spoiler. If you do something that allows a skill check to see, please put the needed DC. If you use an ability that requires a save, please put the DC. Also you may leave the DC's in a spoiler, if you wish. Thank you.

Now each of you are still considered flatfooted, and you may each roll for initiative. Good luck to each of you.

Issac stands near the back of the arena in tattered grey plate. He holds a guisarme in his hands and has five crossbows strapped to him. "You should surrender now."

Dorte stands in the middle of the large arena(H7). In her hand is a longsword and in the other a sword. "I cannot surrender."

She stands waiting for her opponent to make his move. ((Delay Action.))

Dorte acts first.

Just wanted to let you both know that you can know edit the map. So now you don't need to Me to do it for you.

Issac walks forward twenty feet and starts praying softly.

Dorte does nothing, but digs her feet in the ground, waiting for her attacker. ((Total Defense))

Issac Keeps praying.

A think fog covers the area around Dorte. It is very difficult to see anything within the fog.

Issac yells "Here I come!" And, with a quick prayer, charges to where he remembers Dorte standing (If you've moved I miss and fail)

I cast a spell. There is no miss chance. If you've moved I miss completely though.

Do you have a way to see through your fog? I assume that this is obscuring mist as I wasn't slowed or sickened.

No, I miss typed. I meant where I thought you were.

Issac moved near where I thought the human was and swung at her.

Attack misses. Dorte realizes she can't keep it up forever. "Please, stop attacking me. I don't want to be here."

"Neither do I, but that can't stop us. I'll wait for you outside the fog" Issac realized that fighting blind was pointless. He stepped back five feet and then walked out of the fog.

Dorte also exits the fog. She is flying about ten feet in the air now. "Please don't make me fight you. "They have my daughter" You hear the voice again, this time much quieter and coming from right next to you.

"I'm truly sorry, but I will knock you out and you will fight again. Your girl should be safe. If she's not, I will offer myself to you in payment."

Issac takes a five foot step moves ten feet (forgot you were in the air) and attacks:

Dorte recoils in pain. She quickly comes back and floats down five feet. She attacks Issac again, blood dripping from her sword.

Issac takes his free hand off the weapon to touch his leg while stepping backward. The wound you just inflected disappears. He returns the slash.

Dorte takes the hit and falls to the ground, unconscious, from five or so feet above the ground.

Issac turns and walks away, completely unscratched. He did a little wave to the crowd as he walked back into his cell.
