Template/race question.

I'm looking for race or template, with an LA of either +0 or +1, that has a +4 or better Cha boost. Does such a thing exist?

I know about Lesser Asimar for a base race, and I know about Catfolk, regular Asimar, and Draconic creature template. Just wondering if there's anything else out there.

Unseelie Fey Primordial Half-Giant can get you +8 Cha for +1 LA IIRC. Might need Magic-Blooded as well.
