Hello again! I am retrofitting my campaign setting with Steamworks from Steam & Steel (http://dobby.machinespirit.net/dnd/ENP-3008-Steam_and_steel.pdf) and I wanted the Playground's take on this: The Templar.
What it is:
Basically a hybrid Chivalrous Knight/Victorian Gentleman/ Space Marine, with a code of honor and big massive Steamwork Power Armor
What I have so far:
They are going to be members of the upper class
They are going to be martial classes with some Arcane casting ability
They're going to center around being chivalrous and gentlmanly
They serve the Wizard ruling class but want to show the common man (read: nonwizard) that someone can use magic responsibly
What I'd like:
Anything at all on Gentlemanly conduct in any timeframe
Anything on how magic in a magic would affect a code of conduct in magic heavy setting in the magic city of mages
Class/PrC/Feat suggestions for being a martial caster in power armor
Your opinion, plus anything you'd like to add
Thank you, All Replies Appreciated!
