Regenerating Cognizance Crystal

By regenerating I mean it provides a certain number of PP a day and regenerates those points the next day. Is there such a thing? I kinda recall it but can't be sure where I saw it.

The closest thing I can think of offhand is a major artifact-level psicrown from from XPH. I forget what's it's called, though. Even that regenerated its power points at a very low rate, irrc.

Well cognizance crystals are priced the same as pearls of power (i.e. a pearl of power 3 = 9,000 gp, as does a crystal able to store 5 power points [enough for a 3rd level power].)

Found what I was looking for here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/items/basics.htm#magicItemsForPsionicCharacters). The Rainbow Ioun Stone. Looks like the Pearl of Power is the same as a regular cognizance crystal.

at that price, normal manifester weapon is the same price; manifester ammunition are 50x as many uses for the same price.
