I didn't see one in lists of stuff, does anyone know of one out there? At the moment I'm looking for int, and so far I know of dragon disciple, chameleon, and some of the racial paragon classes.

As an aside, chameleon's stat bonus wouldn't grant skill points, but would grant bonus spells per day, right? In other words, it would work like a headband of intellect.

Sure, I was just turning over in my head how high an untemplated human could pump their int to get more spells/day, but that would be good for increasing DCs. I'll start compiling this as a list for all stats though.

Pale Master gives a +4 to strength from it's Undead Graft. Fiend-Blooded grants you + 1 Charisma, + 1 Dexterity, +1 Intelligence and +1 Constitution, and it's capstone grants you an additional +1 to dex, int and con, and also gives you +2 strength. Walker in the Wastes grants +4 Wisdom, +2 Strength and +2 Charisma from the free Dry Lich Template that is it's capstone. Dread Necromancer grants you +2 Int, +2 Wis and +2 Cha from the lich transformation capstone, at least under some interpretations.

I don't think it would be worthwhile to list them all, I think only the Cityscape one will get special attention here. If there are any that give mental stat bumps those could go in.

Or a dragonwrought kobold, though with a prereq of +18bab, this is going to stretch way into epic.

Also, while not technically a class, the kobold fighter ACF (races of dragon) grants +2str/con, partially offsetting the kobold's racial physical stat penalties.

Primeval (Frostburn) gets permanent STR/DEX/CON/WIS boosts (but permanent INT/CHA penalties), and if you count Primeval Form, they get temporary ones as well.

Thrall of Malcanthet is from Dragon 353. It gets a +2 Cha at 5th and 10th level for a total of +4. Also at 10th level it can assume the form of a succubus to gain a +2 Str, +2 Dex, +2 Con, +6 Int, +4 Wis, +16 Cha (amongst other things.)
