Is there any way to get summon monster IV early as a cleric for the purposes of qualifying for a PrC?

Nar Demonbinders get it, but require 4th level spells and 10 ranks in The Planes to get in, both rather difficult to break.

Trying to get into Fiendbinder? Or (more likely) Skypledged? Anyway, I know there are some ridiculous chains you can follow to get some nice high-level spells on your list early, but they're pretty dirty tricks (and I'd have to look up some of the specifics). Just what degree of shenanigans are you comfortable with?

Can a Spell-stiched Necropolitan work?

Sorcerer 6 with Versatile Spellcaster and a Runestaff with that spell on it. Dragonwrought+Loredrake can do it at Sorcerer 4 even.

What part of that is a Cleric?

Ok I didn't see the Cleric part... assuming he wants this for the Summon Elemental reserve feat, the Animal domain plus Versatile Spellcaster with either the PH2 spontaneous domain casting ACF or Spontaneous Summoner can take it at 6th level.

do you need SMIV specifically, or just a 4th-level conjuration (summoning) spell? because the latter can be done with DMM heighten, or naenhoon illumian with heighten.
