I know there are a handful of PRCs with a sex requirements (Hathren/Durthan, that PRC that lets you wildshape into a swan. I've heard of Eunuch Warlock but I don't know where it is from), and mount carrying capacity/goombaing/vertical reach, Drow favored class, plus the odd cursed item.

Did I miss anything (including additional classes)? I'm curious.

No BoEF!

Charming (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/traits/social-traits/charming) (the trait) is related to gender and attraction.

Night Tea (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services#TOC-Night-Tea) is Pathfinder birth control. Specifies that it only works on females.

I feel like there are some Pathfinder PrCs that you have to be female to take... I know a few (like Red Mantis Assassin (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/prestige-classes/other-paizo/n-r/red-mantis-assassin)) are fluffed as "usually female," but it's not a requirement.

Edit: And here's the Eunuch Warlock (http://realmshelps.net/cgi-bin/prestige2.pl?class=Eunuch_Warlock) you mentioned. It's from Oriental Adventures.

Beloved of Valarian, from BoED. Creepy, though.

Not official, but you'd probably have to make a lot of judgment calls if you used anthropomorphic animals with high sexual dimorphism. You could play a female anthropomorphic angler fish, with the parasitic male as your cohort or familiar!

Females (or male seahorses) are also the only creatures vulnerable to the effects of an Unholy Scion (Heroes of Horror).

Swanmay, swanmay, swanmay! Turning into a swan is pointless but the 'frame' of the class is tops!

You missed Bachelor Snuff (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/goods-and-services#TOC-Bachelor-Snuff), which is the same thing for males.

The Temptation Clerical domain (Fiendish Codex I, page 90) lets you pick a gender and gain a bonus to Charisma-based checks with members of that sex.
