Lets say you are running a game in which a druid player manages to lose an arm (for the sake of sticking with my question let us just assume that the player is ok with it. I don't want a debate over whether or not it is ok for a DM to take limbs). What would you rule happens when said player uses wildshape to turn into something? Just for the sake of being nice I would probably give them all of the animal's limbs but what do you think? Do any of you folks have any experience in a similar situation?

When you Wildshape, you turn into a typical specimen of the species you turn into. You'd have all limbs intact in your WS form. After all, if you Wildshaped into a spider or something with multiple limbs, you grow extra limbs to compensate. Why wouldn't you grow extra limbs to compensate a quadraped form if your base form was missing a limb?
