Rifts to D&D Conversion

I would like to bring a Rifts character to a D&D campaign. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? (Specifically a Nightbane)

Don't know if there's a 'maths' way to do it. Palladium games have always been off the far end a bit for me.

But taking the mutability of nightbane into consideration, you might do worse than to refluff a PF Synthesist.
Both start off looking normal, and change into something 'else'.
Both have an other-worldly feel to them.
