does the movement included in a spring attack use up my move action, or is it a free movement included in the attack action?
can i make a spring attack, and then use a move action to move further away?

also, in order to catch a foe flat footed in a spring attack, he mustn't be aware of my attack. can i do that with a move silently check, or some other way?
(i have hide in plain sight)

The feat isn't really clear but the way that I think makes most sense is that you use a move action to move and spring attack allows you to take an attack action within the move action so long as you take that attack action after moving 5 feet and so long as you move 5 feet after the attack.

EDIT: The PF spring attack feat is more clear but it is also worse since it doesn't allow an attack action (it is its own special attack which eliminates some synergies) and it does not allow it to be used against an adjacent target.

You use up your move action while spring-attacking; it doesn't grant a free move action of its own.
