More Greek Mythology

Hi again. A while back I did a project on converting the characters of the Iliad into the 3.5 system. Now I'm planning to make some characters from the classic Greek myths. To start off, Orion. For some background look athttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orion_(mythology). My main concern is how to give him the ability to walk on water while still having him be a very accomplished hunter and not using the ring/boots of water-walking. I'm thinking maybe a Psion (Body Equilibrium)/Ranger (animal companion). Thoughts?
