I'm working on a new campaign but I want to mix it up. so I said "the core classes are out. lets use something new!" But im stuck.
So far I have...

Fighter= Warblade/Swordsage (TOB)
Monk= monk fix (fighting style)
Ranger= Scout

So any help? or better replacements for above?

Some of the core classes need changes, some need fixes, some need huge overhauls, and some need to be removed.

If you really have the desire to ban/remove classes, I would say:
Paladin -> Crusader
Fighter -> Warblade
Ranger -> Either provide a short list of changes or leave it alone
Monk -> Unarmed Swordsage

The ranger fix I usually think about offering is this:
1. Combat Style gives both feats at each level
2. Animal Companion = Ranger Level
3. Ranger CL = Ranger Level - 3

Mystic Wildshape Ranger is a perfectly valid Ranger "fix"; throw in Sword of the Arcane Order and you will dominate the game's single digit levels quite handily.

Here's some rough replacements.

Barbarian - Warblade
Bard - Dragon Shaman or Marshal
Cleric - Favored Soul or Archivist
Druid - Spirit Shaman or Shapeshifter Druid
Fighter - Warblade or Duskblade
Monk - Swordsage
Paladin - Crusader
Ranger - Swift Hunter or Mystic Wildshape Ranger.
Rogue - Swordsage, Factotum, or Beguiler
Sorcerer - Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Warmage
Wizard - Wu Jen

Something like that?

Definitely true. That's my favorite change legal to make to Rangers. The only reason that I think that build shouldn't replace the core Ranger is that in my opinion a Mystic Wildshape Ranger possess a very different flavor than a Ranger. It's more like a funk pseudo-druid than a traditional Ranger.

I'd love to play one in a low tier game. It's perfect for a lot of prestige classes that druid players usually avoid since it has a much lower opportunity cost to PrCing than the Druid.

Sorcerer - Beguiler, Dread Necromancer, Warmage
Wizard - Wu Jen

Yes.

Cleric - Archivist

No.

How about psionics? Psychic Warrior replaces Fighter, Psychic Rogue (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040723b) or Lurk replaces Rogue, Psion/Wilder replace the Wizard/Sorcerer and Ardent replaces the Cleric. There is even a Pathfinder Soulknife (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/soulknife) making that class viable.

Lurk blows more than standard Rogue does, so that swap makes no sense. Psychic Rogue is actually balanced with its mundane counterpart.
