I've been looking around for information on how the Superior TWF affects TWF, and I get that it negates the -2's on TWF, but how does it affect Improved TWF and Greater TWF? Does it just -2 from each successive off-hand attack, or does it wipe the penalty as in TWF?

Yes, it negates the -2 attack penalty on all attacks while TWFing. Really, all it means is: +2 attack while using TWF.
