hi to everyone!!
does anyone known what spells hi take?
is it only from PH2?
or hi takes all sorcerer's spells until 5th lvl plus ph2

The spell list is on page 24 on PHB2. Right after Yele's statblock and before the Knight's Entry.

It is very limited list. A simple fix for Duskblade is to give them an "advanced learning" class feature similiar to Beguiler/Warmage.

Duskblades bore me until level 13 when they can channel with a full attack.

To be fair, from 3-5th, they effectively channel on a full attack, so long as you are just using a THW style. 6th-12th is a bit of a drag, though.

They also get quicken a few times a day so they can pull it off sometimes before 13th.

You can't quicken channeling though. It is a standard action that includes a spell and one attack.
