Quick spellthief question

If I am spellthief, (obviously based of the title) and have a warlock in the party who has dark one's own luck. Can I use steal it to get his CHA to all my saves by stealing it each time he recasts it on a new save? Or like him am I only restricted to CHA to one save of my choice (his choice, but with communication my choice in reality)

I'd say that RAW it restricts you. It reads "You can’t apply this ability to two different save types at the same time.". You may be affected by multiple Dark One's Own Luck, but only one will be active. It seems though that you can choose what the bonus affects.

Probably not - unless you are the most powerful character already; which is doubtful I suspect.

Depends on your charisma. The Monk player may get upset if your saves are handily above his, for instance, since that's part of the Monk's limited schtick.
