Eyeball beholder swarm?

I know the eyeball beholder was in the 'Monsters of Faerun' but wasn't there a Eyeball beholder swarm monster somewhere?

To my knowledge, and according to my online resources, no.

But you could just make one. Use the Eyeball Beholderkin, it's only a CR1, and they're already tiny, so just add as many of the little stinkers as you can until you get an appropriate CR for your campaign... boom. Instant Eyeball Beholderkin Swarm.

It's in Monster's of Faerun, pg 23.

I don't remember what their eye ray effect was, but I still wonder how many rays they can fire and whether they can fill a burst/cone/line area if they all go off at once.

I know this is an old thread, but I have your answer. There are stats for an Eyeball Beholderkin Swarm in the adventure Expedition to Undermountain. Sadly, it doesn't list a save DC for the "myriad eyes" ability.
