Where can I find knowstones, the items that give sponteous casters extra spells known? And how much do they cost?

IIRC, Dragon 333, and they cost 1000*(Spell Level)^2

Or you could use Runestaves (Magic Item Compendium). They hold multiple spells, and also work for prepared casters (by spontaneous conversion of prepared spells) if I remember correctly.
