Reducing the move speed penalty for armor.

Bottom line is I found some magic armor, but it's hide armor so I take a move speed penalty, but it's too good to pass up. Is there any way to eliminate this penalty? :p

There's the spell Effortless Armor (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/e/effortless-armor) from Pathfinder's Ultimate Combat. According to the magic item guidelines in the CRB and DMG it would cost 6,000 to get as a continuous item or, you could just get a wand.
