View Full Version : Bypassing Mind-affecting immunity for the sake of Inspire Courage?

For a game I'm playing in, I'm taking the part of the party buffer. For this, I'd like to use Bard and Inspire courage, but I have a slight problem. Almost everybody I can think of in the party has immunity to mind affecting effects. Is there any way to bypass this so that my Inspire Courage can get through? This is a very high level game and most official sources are allowed if that helps. I'm not sure what other information I need to provide. If I recall correctly, their immunity is derived from the fact that they're deities (Divine Rank 0 or more)

Like I said, high level. Just trying to help out, and I thought this made sense for the character.

If I can find a way past their immunity, I'm taking words of Creation and Song of the Heart. If there's any other way to boost Inspire courage, I'd be glad to hear about it. Dragonfire inspiration isn't an option, since I have my character pretty well established by this point, and adding in that she's part dragon isn't in the concept.

Well, if "very high level" means at least level 27, there's Music of the Gods (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.htm#musicOfTheGods).
