In a few TO builds I've seen the extrapolation of damage tables (generally due to obscene amounts of size increase-stacking) and I've wondered how people go about extended the size increase tables up to the crazy numbers (192d8, etc.) that I've seen. Anyone have formulas or an extended table?

I don't know about size decreases, but increases generally alternate between adding 1/2 and 1/3 on each increment. For instance, a greatsword deals 2d6 damage. a large one does 3d6 (adding half of previous value), a huge does 4d6 (adding one third), a gargantuan does 6d6, colossal does 8d6, and titanic (at least I think that's what colossal+ is called) does 12d6, and so on. From there it's 18d6, 24d6, 32d6, 48d6, 64d6, 96d6, 128d6, 192d6, putting 192d6 at 9 sized over colossal for a greatsword.

Edit: I misread that d8 as d6. To get a weapon dealing 192d8, it would have to do either a d2, a d10, 2d8, or 2d10 damage at medium size. A weapon that does a d10 needs 14 size increases, putting it at 10 sized over colossal. (Colossal++++++++++, or Macro-Titanic, I believe. Not sure how one properly denotes sizes outside of the normal spectrum.)

I can't think of any way to get anything to that size.

2d8 to 3d8 = 50% increase (DMG 28)
3d8 to 4d8 = 33% increase (DMG 28)
4d8 to 6d8 = 50% increase (DMG 28)
6d8 to 8d8 = 33% increase (DMG 28)
8d8 to 12d8 = 50% increase (DMG 28)
12d8 to 16d8 = 33% increase
16d8 to 24d8 = 50% increase
24d8 to 32d8 = 33% increase
32d8 to 48d8 = 50% increase
48d8 to 64d8 = 33% increase
64d8 to 96d8 = 50% increase
etc etc

also works with d6
