Whisper Gnomes in Eberron

is there any official data on their role, origins? place in Zilargo (or beyond?)

i'm thinking of putting them as partly bred/ partly trained agents of The Trust.
thoughts? comments?

Can't give you a source, but I'm fairly certain that one of the Eberron supplements (Races of Eberron maybe) said that Whisper Gnomes are very common in the Trust (or relatively so).

So go for it. It fits very well with the theme of it all and most won't be able to tell the difference from a regular gnome either.
