Yes. Assume Supernatural Ability (from Savage Species) allows you to use one of the creature's supernatural abilities.

Assume Supernatural Ability, a feat from Savage Species, 'though it's technically (unupdated) 3.0 and requires a Wis of 13.

The feat only applies to a single supernatural ability on a specific creature (that you choose) though, so you'll need an additional feat per additional ability that you wish to use.

There's also Metamorphic Transfer, which is a bit different, and comes from a 3.5 source (Expanded Psionics Handbook).

Note that both of these (Metamorphic Transfer and Assume Supernatural Ability) are just about the most cheese-enabling feats in the whole damn game...
